The Subject
Not every treasure from Bethlehem is a devotional object. This is a games table heirloom: a board whose squares are matched for colour and grain, and pieces turned on the lathe in dark and light wood.
The Making
The squares are cut from lighter and darker olive wood and laid edge to edge. The board is finished smooth, and the pieces are weighted by their own dense wood.
Chosen by the house from the workshops of the forty Bethlehem families it works with, and sent to you from Old Caritas Street.
Every order leaves Bethlehem within 48 hours, sent by EMS Express Mail Service. Your tracking number is emailed to you the day the parcel is handed over.
