Shipping & care

Shipping: Every order leaves Bethlehem within 48 hours, sent by EMS Express Mail Service. Your tracking number is emailed to you the day the parcel is handed over.
Order tracking: Your tracking number is sent to your email address as soon as your order has shipped.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your card is charged when the order is confirmed; if we cannot fulfil it for any reason, the full amount is refunded.
Returns & breakage: Because each piece is packed and sent by hand from the Holy Land, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. If anything arrives broken, email a photograph to info@saint-michael-store.com and we will send a replacement.
Caring for olive wood: Keep carvings out of strong direct sun and away from radiators. Dust with a soft, dry brush. Once or twice a year, a little olive oil on a cloth brings back the depth of the grain. Never soak the wood.
Caring for mother of pearl and silver: Wipe mother of pearl with a soft, barely damp cloth and dry it straight away; keep it from perfume and cleaning sprays. Silver may darken naturally in its recesses. A soft silver cloth restores the surface without wearing away the relief.
