The Subject
A standing crucifix with a nimbus of shell behind the crossing. It is meant to be the centre of a prayer corner, where candlelight will move across the nacre.
The Making
The cross and its stepped base are faced in engraved mother of pearl, and each plate is cut to follow the contours of the wood beneath. The base raises the cross so it stands clearly above a table or shelf.
Chosen by the house from the workshops of the forty Bethlehem families it works with, and sent to you from Old Caritas Street.
Every order leaves Bethlehem within 48 hours, sent by EMS Express Mail Service. Your tracking number is emailed to you the day the parcel is handed over.
