The Subject
The Holy Family on a gold ground, enclosed in a silver frame that is itself a work of devotion: vine leaves and grapes for the Eucharist, a cross at each corner, and doves at the crown.
The Making
The frame is worked in relief in sterling silver, and the leaves and crosses are picked out in gold plate. The silver darkens gently in its recesses with time, which only deepens the relief. A gift that is only available from Saint Michael Store.
Chosen by the house from the workshops of the forty Bethlehem families it works with, and sent to you from Old Caritas Street.
